A plea to reopen Cappoquin Library has been extended as Cllr John Pratt called for progress on the issue at this week’s Waterford Plenary Meeting.
Speaking at the meeting on Tuesday, Cllr Pratt asked council officials to ‘please, please, please,’ reopen the local library which has been closed for over two months.
