The drawings for the Georgian Quarter development of Mitchelstown are almost complete, and soon will be available to view by the public.
At a meeting on Tuesday, council staff member Sean O’Callaghan said that he ‘hoped’ to be back to the councillors before Christmas with a final draft of the design, before it would go before the public for consultation.
Once the drawings are complete, the development will go to Part 8 Planning, which is the process whereby council projects apply for planning for public projects.
