The court sitting to determine the awarding of a gaming licence to Perks Amusements at 45 Lower Cork Street, Mitchelstown was heard by Judge John King on Monday last in Mallow.
Following legal argument, the matter has now been adjourned until September 6 for submissions to be heard.
Cork County Council had initially granted planning permission to Perks Promotions Mitchelstown to change the use of Weavers Bar, 45 Lower Cork Street, from a public house to an amusement arcade in April 2018.
