Nagle Rice welcomes minister as all-weather pitch officially opened

An new AstroTurf facility at Nagle Rice Secondary School, Doneraile was officially opened last week by Minister of State at the Department of Education, Michael Moynihan TD. 

The facility, supported through the Sports Capital Grant and Doneraile GAA, was completed in August last year and on Thursday last, February 26th, the ribbon was officially cut, marking another welcome development within the school community.

Welcoming Deputy Moynihan to the school, principal Bríd Lysaght said that his presence was a ‘significant affirmation’ of the work done at Nagle Rice Secondary School.
