The success of Three Counties Auctions in Araglin continues and another large crowd is expected in The Swallow Inn this Saturday, when Newcastlewest auctioneer, Martin O'Donovan, will put hundreds of lots under the hammer.

This weekend's auction has a 'new' start time of 11.30am and the advice from organisers is to be there in good time. The forthcoming auction has 3 days of viewing (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) and includes a range of furniture, antiques, paintings, china, tapestries, clocks, garden equipment, religious statues, old photographs, sports accessories and military related items, e.g. swords.

Those promoting the auctions are now heavily involved in houses clearances and this has given the business a major boost. News of Three Counties Auctions has spread far and wide and the plan is to hold monthly auctions on the second Saturday of each month. A strong online presence, in addition to exposure on local publications, have helped spread the message - as have effective new signs.
