Conna’s 10th annual street festival went ahead in excellent conditions last Sunday. The village was a traffic free zone for several hours, which allowed for children’s activities and street games to take place.
Proceedings got underway around 2pm with a street festival treasure hunt.
This had individuals and groups scurrying around in a frantic effort to solve clues and discover the loot. A street festival magician was in action an hour later, much to the delight of adults and children alike. 3 bouncy castles were secured for the festival which meant unlimited fun for ‘junior jumpers’.
