As Mitchelstown gears up for yet another blockbuster Indiependence Music Festival and the associated influx of music lovers, the town centre will also be high on atmosphere as buskers of all genres take to the streets.
The 3rd running of the Mitchelstown Busking Festival will see another great event for the town, with all the businesses becoming involved, decorating their windows, hanging buntings out and helping to create a festival atmosphere appropriate for the August bank holiday in town.
With welcome sponsorship from Cork County Council, the street festival continues to grow with the overall winner claiming a coveted spot to perform at Indie.
