There was a full house in The Palace Theatre, Fermoy recently for the annual Starstruck Studios’ show. This is always a popular event as students of the studio get a chance to perform before a live audience.

As usual, the girls were expertly prepared by Aisling. During the afternoon show, patrons were treated to a combination of ballet and tap dancing routines.

These young performers looked very professional in their costumes as they worked their way through a repertoire that included The Jazz Babies, Crocodile Rock, Carnival Fantastique, Carmen and fittingly enough, Thank Heaven For Little Girls.

Needless to say, every act was cheered to the rafters and those on stage looked really chuffed with themselves. Encouraged by the response they were getting, their confidence grew with every performance.

Kieran Barry and his staff had everything in place and it proved to be a very enjoyable experience for all concerned. DVDs of the show are available from Starstruck Studios.
