Next Thursday, 5th May, a team of architects is set to visit Mitchelstown to begin work on developing the Georgian Quarter, and all members of the public, and those with an interest in the development of the town, are welcome to join in.
The purpose of the day is to allow the design consultants, REDscape Landscape & Urbanism, to get a feel for the town, and a better understanding of issues and ambitions of residents and stakeholders before a design is made.
After next Thursday, there will be further consultation with the community to present the findings and assess proposals.
