Some major changes will be taking place across the N72 in Lismore as part of a new traffic calming scheme.
While the N72 at Ballyrafter is to see a 24-hour closure for some three weeks from Tuesday, August 2 until August 26, separately, new traffic calming measures are to be implemented following a public consultation that took place recently.
Speaking at a recent meeting of the Dungarvan Lismore council, Senior Engineer Gabriel Hynes advised members of Phase 1 of the Traffic Calming Scheme and the amendments made to the works following the public consultation.
