Vandals target GAA club for second week in a row

For the second week in a row, Lismore GAA Club facilities were attacked by vandals, with damage at the club now likely to amount to several thousand euro.

The club has been repeatedly targeted by vandals who, most recently, smashed a number of windows at the clubhouse including a large double-glazed unit.

Speaking with The Avondhu, a Lismore GAA committee member said that the local clubhouse has now been targeted ‘two weeks on the trot’.
