All available tickets for last Friday night’s concert in St. Michael’s Church, Ballyduff were sold. The event was an important fundraiser to address the church’s heating issues. Organisers were understandably delighted with the public’s response.
Visually, the venue looked stunning with considerable effort going in to decorating and the candle-lit church. There was also an impressive line-up, which included: The Voiceover Choir from Dungarvan, Ballyduff Folk Group, members of the Booley House, Gráinne Fitzgibbon, Fiona Ahern and John Joseph O’Donovan. MC for the evening was Eimear Byrne.
