A sprinkling of the glitz and glam of Broadway was brought to the Rochestown Park Hotel by Fermoy Musical Society on Saturday last as their Centenary Gala Ball event took centre stage.
The evening’s celebrations in Cork kicked off with old and young from all walks of life coming together to mark 100 years of theatre, musicals, friendship and community within Fermoy, all brought together under the umbrella of Fermoy Musical Society.
According to Tom Beresford, president of Fermoy Musical Society, there was a ‘great turnout’ for the occasion as the function room at the venue was packed.
