Residents in Glenville are on high alert following suspicious activity in the area last week.
Locals have informed The Avondhu that four ‘armed’ individuals were captured on CCTV jumping walls and checking cars in an area stretching from the village to Norrie Roche’s Cross on the Coome Road towards Carraig na bhFear.
“These guys were very brazen as they clearly knew the premises that had CCTV,” one local said. “CCTV didn’t stop them though! They stopped right in front of homes with car lights on. Thankfully, this time, nothing sinister happened”.
