Courts in The Avondhu region received a total of 83 customer service complaints in the last 12 months.
In a Freedom of Information request lodged by this newspaper, The Courts Service disclosed the amount of dissatisfied customer reports in counties Cork, Waterford, Tipperary and Limerick.
However, the nature of these complaints and how the issues were resolved were not disclosed – citing that the complainants would be identifiable.
Our enquiries had previously established that there were a total of 19 complaints against judges, with four of those complaints lodged against judges in The Avondhu region.
