One of Ireland’s most senior international anglers, Ray O’Sullivan from Kilworth, added to his medals haul recently when he returned from the Icelandic sea angling championships with yet another medal. 

The freezing North Atlantic Sea was a happy hunting ground for Ray and his team-mates as they competed against Europe’s finest.

If Ireland’s food exports centre around beef and dairy products, Iceland is all about fish, and cod in particular.
