Trial of murder-accused Richard Satchwell underway

The trial of Richard Satchwell, accused of murdering his wife, Fermoy native, Tina (nee Dingivan) eight years ago, began this week.

Tina, originally from St Bernard’s Place in Fermoy was reported missing on March 24, 2017 by her husband.

Gardaí discovered her skeletal remains in October 2023, while excavating a concrete floor and walled-up area underneath the stairwell of the couple's home in Grattan Street, Youghal.
