A fundraising concert in aid of ‘The Hub’, Fermoy took place in The Village Inn, Kilworth last Sunday. Promoted as ‘The Big Fat Sunday Session’, the event featured a host of local entertainers such as: Mo O’Connor, Mia Tobin, Sandie Gubbins, Grass Marjin, Kar, The Donnellans, All To One Side and The Acoustic Society, which has members from Kilworth, Araglin and Ballyduff.
Organisers were fortunate with the weather and those who paid the €10 admission fee were treated to almost 5 hours of brilliant music. MC, Kevin McCormack, who was assisted by his wife, Jacinta, thanked everyone for their wonderful support.
