
Dairygold has announced a new ‘Business Optimisation Programme’ which, among other measures, will see a ‘headcount reduction’ of approximately 70 positions across its Mitchelstown, Mallow and Mogeely operations.
The reductions will be taking place across its Dairy Ireland business, Agri Business, and business support and management functions. It says that this will be achieved ‘through a combination of natural attrition, redeployments and some voluntary redundancy’.
The announcement was made to staff last Monday.
