A magical Christmas market in the Cork Incubator Kitchens will aim to celebrate local producers through demonstrations, delicious samples and interesting talks.
The dual kitchen facility will boast a foodie’s market dream with producers such as Rebel Chilli and Athula Asian Cuisine in attendance. It will be a fantastic opportunity to pick up those choice presents from local producers or catch a cookery demonstration.
We will also have a unique book signing opportunity with Cathy Fitzgibbon on her chapter in the Book Hub Publishing ‘Mental Health For Millennials’ Vol 3 book series, which focuses on the connection between food and happiness for the millennial generation.
This event is supporting charity partners Cork Simon Community, with their focus on alleviating homelessness in the local community.
Collection spots for hats, scarves, socks and sleeping bags as well as money donations will be set up throughout the kitchens to help support them.
A great opportunity to get into the festive spirit by enjoying mince pies with a hot mulled punch while doing some good.
All are invited to attend the event, running on Wednesday, December 4th from 6pm-7.30pm in Carrigaline Industrial Estate at the Cork Incubator Kitchens.
