The always active parents’ council of CBS primary in Mitchelstown hosted a very successful fundraiser in The Firgrove Hotel, Mitchelstown last Friday night.
This well organised ‘Cook & Style’ event featured a cookery demonstration by celebrity chef, Sinéad Delahunty, who provided those in attendance with tips and instructions on how to serve up a variety of delicious dishes. Sinéad explained how, with some good planning and preparation, it was possible to create meals that were both nutritious and tasty.
Annie, ‘The Style Nannie’, had a list of does and don’ts when it comes to fashion, style and make-up, while Colm of Carry Out was on hand to point people in the right direction, when it came to old and new world wines.
