Bringing a novelty element, the course itself features a variety of obstacles, including a revolving decorated wedding cake, a wishing well, a love heart with diamond rings and more for players to navigate, with everything on the course having a connection to weddings and getting married.
Jim Landers, based in Clogheen, is the founder of Wedding Theme Mini Golf Hire and explained that couples choose the 9-hole wedding-themed course to really bring the ‘wow factor’ to their weddings.

A second, slightly longer, 9-hole mini-golf course that Jim provides, offers a range of different obstacles, or those less keen on the themed course, including obstacles like a ferris wheel, a windmill and more.
On the big day, golf putters, standard scorecards, clipboards and pencils will be provided as part of the package, along with a ‘Let’s Par-tee’ leaderboard, coloured sun visors and more.
Worrying about the weather also will not play a role for the bride and groom either, as Mr Landers notes that the Wedding Themed Mini Golf Hire can be set up indoors or outdoors and will be manned throughout the booking. If only an outdoor set-up is feasible at the wedding location and if the forecast is heavy rain, a full refund will be arranged.
“Both mini golf courses are handmade to a very high standard, and people won’t forget the fun they have with a bit of friendly competition on our courses, children and adults alike. We take care of everything, we bring the course to the venue, set it up, and stay with it for the day,” Jim added.
