2-week window open for applications for 35 Cost Rental homes in Carrigtwohill

Applications are now open for 35 new homes in Carrigtwohill, Co Cork, with rents at least 25% below the market average for the area. The homes have been delivered by Clúid, Ireland’s leading Approved Housing Body (AHB). 

Applications for 35 new Cost Rental one-, two- and three-bed apartments and duplexes in Ard na Sailí, Carrigtwohill, opened at 9am this Wednesday, 7th October and will remain open for two weeks.

Interested applicants will be able to apply for one of the 35 brand new, A-rated apartments and duplexes. Rent for each of the ten one-bed apartments is €1,200 per month. Rent for the 16 two-bed apartments and duplexes is €1,500 per month and rent for the nine three-bed apartments is €1,714 per month. This represents a saving of at least 25% on the market rent for a similar home in the area.

In addition to the low cost to run these brand-new homes, Cost Rental residents will also benefit from secure, life-long tenancies and high-quality, responsive management and maintenance.

HIGH DEMAND EXPECTED

The homes, developed by Lundubh Developments, were delivered in a partnership between Clúid and Cork County Council, with support from the Department of Housing, Heritage and Local Government, The Housing Agency and the Housing Finance Agency.
