Dear Editor,

Ed O’Riordan has been writing notes for Skeheenarinky for a long time and I think I speak for everyone in Skeheenarinky and surrounding areas that he has kept us very well informed and up to date with all the events in the locality. We always looked forward to reading his notes and we will miss his creative writing.

We hope that Ed enjoys his retirement from the Skeheenarinky Notes and we would like to thank him for all the years that he has provided us with information and news. It was clear from his notes it was his adopted home and his heart is firmly in Skeheenarinky. Thank you Ed.
