Members of Fermoy Palestinian Solidarity Group have stood on Kent Bridge during the coldest winter evenings and more recently, during heatwave conditions.
The group is made up of the most ordinary people who are steadfast in their belief that Palestinians have human rights and should be treated accordingly.
Through a combination of half truths, state sponsored propaganda and Biblical ideology, Israel has convinced itself that Palestinians are not worthy of human being status, never mind, having rights. Each passing day sees an incremental loss of their territory, the construction of more illegal settlements and a systematic attempt to extinguish any possibility of Palestinian statehood.
