Small delay to Fermoy Weir’s public consultation predicted

The overall timetable for the Fermoy Weir planning process has not been significantly impacted by Covid-19, and Cork County Council remains optimistic that a full public consultation could be held in September.

The news was delivered to councillors of the Northern Committee who had assembled for their July meeting.

Despite many projects slowing down or coming to a halt during the last number of months, it appeared that considerable progress had been made on the Weir.
