Fermoy Friendship Week has been going very well so far and many local people and businesses have rallied behind the initiative. 

The week started off with a Meet and Mingle Walk on Monday morning which put all participants in great spirits, clearing out the cobwebs for the week ahead. 

On Wednesday, Singing for the Brain was held in St Francis Day Centre and all enjoyed the chance to chill out and sing at the top of their voices with their friends. 

On this Thursday, there is Traveller Culture Awareness Training on in Fermoy Youth Centre at 10.30am as well as a greatly anticipated Friendship Week Variety Show on Thursday night in the Youth Centre at 7.30pm. 

Friday will see Fermoy Active Retirement Group host an fun introduction to indoor kurling and anyone who would like to try out the new sport for a bit of fun is more than welcome to attend at Fermoy Youth Centre at 10.30am. 

The successful Friendship Week will be rounded off by a Meet and Greet with local emergency services at the Old Mart Car Park from 10am to 1pm.
