An invasion of Santa’s 'scout elves' hit Mitchelstown earlier this week as they look for people's homes to hide in and report to Santa, the activities, good and bad, that have taken place throughout the day.
In the build up to Christmas, the special MBA Elf will be hiding in the shops around Mitchelstown with a treat for the lucky person who manages to find him.
Every day he will move to a different shop with a clue to his whereabouts displayed on the MBA Facebook page.

Thank you to all who helped out last weekend in putting up the Christmas lights.
The Mitchelstown Business Association still has a lot to do before the 25th and hope to erect the lights and begin work on the centrepiece at the Square this weekend.
