Frances Kelly and her son, David, have been left homeless after their dwelling in Ballindangan was critically damaged in a fire on Wednesday night of last week, destroying almost everything they owned.
The local fire service confirmed that crews were called out to the property at around 8pm and that extensive damage was caused to the property. Thankfully, neither were inside the property when the fire began, and nobody was injured.
