After fears for the safety of schoolchildren were raised in Anglesboro, Limerick County Council have said that they will arrange to have safety works carried out outside the school ‘at the earliest possible date’.

The community in Anglesboro had been raising concerns for some time about the lack of signage and road markings outside the school and felt they had been ‘messed around with’ by the council, according to Cllr Lisa Marie Sheehy.
