A double is no small achievement and the Park United B team (Juniors) did the business during a never to be forgotten season in 2005.
Supported by captain, Ned Finn and manager, Pa Jackson, main organiser Brian McNamara gathered the troops for what was a very enjoyable get-together in Walsh’s Bar, Mitchelstown last Saturday night.
STILL IN GOOD SHAPE
Allowing for a bit of wear and tear, the team are still in good shape and they needed very little encouragement to go down memory lane and in the process, consume a pint or two. Local businessman, John Walsh, said it was a very significant achievement.
