The Local Bar monthly awards in Glanworth have honoured a variety of outstanding individuals. In the face of such talent, selecting an overall winner was never going to be easy.
Nevertheless, the committee charged with this responsibility gave due consideration to every candidate before deciding on Margaret Hennessy.
A hands on person, who is never afraid to get stuck in, Margaret is heavily involved in Glanworth Tidy Towns, Glanworth Community Hall, Glanworth Senior Citizens and Glanworth Choir.
