Clondulane still waiting for promised Local Link service

Residents in Clondulane are still waiting for a regular Local Link service, almost five months after being told it would begin within weeks. 

The delay was raised at Tuesday’s meeting of the Fermoy Municipal District, where a call was issues on Cork County Council to write to the National Transport Authority (NTA) and press for the service to be introduced to the village. 

Bartlemy based councillor, Peter O’Donoghue,  said plans for a regular service were welcomed with open arms when it was announced back in April, following a prolonged campaign by the community.
