Yvonne Condon’s Yellow Nude has been unveiled on a billboard outside Dublin’s Project Arts Centre as part of Disrupt, Ireland’s first ever annual disability arts festival.

Condon’s vivid celebration of the female form has been blown up to more than three times the size of her original acrylic painting, as part of Distinct, the visual arts exhibition on Disrupt festival’s programme.

The artist travelled to Dublin to see her work in person and to attend the launch of Disrupt festival on Thursday.

Condon is a member of Crawford Supported Studios, a group of disabled artists who are supported in their arts practice by Crawford Art Gallery and MTU Crawford College of Art and Design.

Disrupt Disability Arts Festival runs from March 7 to March 11 at Project Arts Centre in Dublin.
