For 80 years, Martin’s Bakery have been a prominent and important part of the landscape in Castlelyons village. Founded originally by Tommy Martin in 1947, the bakery is run today by his son Liam and Liam’s wife Margaret.
At the end of March, Martin’s Bakery will close its doors for the final time.
During their many decades in business, the Martin’s built a reputation for their artisan baking and will be missed by their many customers throughout both the local region and further afield.
