The Christmas lights in Kilworth were turned on last Saturday evening.
Overseeing the official switch on were members of Kilworth Community Council – Noel O’Brien (chairman) and Liam Magnier (treasurer) – along with local parish priest, Fr Brian Boyle.
Will Hegarty and his team put in a huge effort installing and erecting the lights and this was acknowledged by Noel and Liam. A group of ladies were involved in putting up solar lights, which also look very well.
