The Health Service Executive (HSE) has confirmed to The Avondhu that they hope to see Fermoy Primary Care Service operational before Christmas.
“We are working to have HSE services operational at Fermoy Primary Care Centre before Christmas, but cannot confirm a date at this time,” a spokesperson said.

News of the much-anticipated opening follows a Parliamentary Question lodged by Cork East TD James O’Connor regarding the return of the physiotherapy services for the area to the Primary Care Centre at Mill Island.
