Proposal to redevelop former Garda station as holiday accommodation

A planning application has been lodged to redevelop the former Garda Station at Ballyduff Upper as a short-stay holiday accommodation facility.

Proposed within the application, made by Arkle ULC, is the change of use of the 3-storey protected structure including internal refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing structure.

The revised internal layout seeks to form 6 bedrooms with associated ancillary living space, servicing and guest facilities.
