Some of the residents of the Cul Ard housing estate in Corrin View, Fermoy have reached breaking point.

From early morning to the dead of night, teenagers are climbing the walls of their back gardens to reach a spot in Cope Lane where they can socialise, smoke and drink.

The residents say they have no privacy in their own homes, their children have narrowly escaped sticks and stones lobbed over the walls and their pets have been subjected to torrid abuse. 

LANEWAY PROBLEM

The Cul Ard housing estate is a comparatively recent addition to the established Corrin View houses in the southside of the town.
