Opel Ireland has announced that Hinchy’s Garage in Knocklong is one of 12 recipients of their Customer Excellence Award.

This is the second year in a row that the County Limerick dealership has been nominated for the award, which singles out the dealers with the highest level of customer service in their field.

“I would like to congratulate Hinchy’s Garage for their continued hard work in delivering the highest level of sales and aftersales services to our Opel customers,” said the managing director of Opel Ireland, Dave Sheeran, when commenting on the awards. “Hinchy’s Garage is consistently dedicated to delivering an excellent consumer experience and feedback proves customers are very happy with their service, two years running.”

STRONG CUSTOMER FOCUS

Jim Hinchy, dealer principal of Hinchy’s Garage, expressed his delight at receiving the award.

“We are delighted to have been awarded this accolade for the second year running,” he said. “Customer service is our primary focus and this award is particularly significant to us as it is judged on customer feedback. I would like to thank our customers and acknowledge our excellent staff in their achievement of this award.”

Opel created the Customer Excellence Award to promote the best possible customer experience by recognising dealers who actively practice, promote and deliver the highest levels of customer excellence in sales and aftersales.

Hinchy’s Garage has been providing this high standard of customer service for the past 25 years in their dealership in Garryspillane and now also have an additional showroom on the Ennis Road in Limerick.
