It was a weekend to remember at Hannah Griffin’s Bar with the hosting of the inaugural Heels & Hay Bales Music Festival.
Management and staff of this popular licensed premises put in a huge amount of work in advance of the festival and were rewarded with large crowds and excellent entertainment.
At the last count, 11 bands were scheduled to perform, all of whom delivered great performances. Patrons were spoilt for choice and while the main genre was ‘Country and Irish’, there was also a touch of rock, folk and traditional Irish music added to the mix.
