There's been a huge groundswell of support for popular Fermoy man, Benny de Luca, following his diagnosis with Motor Neurone Disease (M.N.D.). 

An individual who was frequently at 'the other side' of fundraising, Benny's family organised a very successful Zumba (form of dance) marathon in Fermoy Youth Centre last Saturday, to raise funds for the former Fermoy tiler. 

Event organiser, Benny's daughter Teresa, who is a Zumba instructor, used her extensive contacts to generate support for the fundraiser.
