The tender documents have gone live this week for the proposed extension to Glenahulla NS, including the development of a new classroom and the installation of three rooflights in the existing school.
The school, dating back to 1884, underwent major refurbishment in 2004. It presently boasts three bright spacious classrooms and staff, parents and pupils are keenly looking forward to their new fourth classroom.
Deputy Sean Sherlock welcomed the news this week and says he is looking forward to seeing the works progress.
