Garda youth awards launched in Fermoy

Young people who have gone above and beyond the call of duty will be honoured at this year’s Cork North Garda Division Youth Awards which take place in the Charleville Park Hotel on November 23. 

Nominees are now being sought for these prestigious awards. Those being nominated must be between 14 and 19 years of age and be resident within the Cork North Division (Fermoy, Mitchelstown, Midleton, Mallow, Cobh and Kanturk).

Individuals, family members, clubs, businesses or voluntary groups can nominate a person or group.

Nomination forms are available from local Garda stations or by contacting Garda Pat Hegarty on 087-0601745.
