The panto formula continues to deliver, judging by the attendances and reaction to last weekend’s shows in The Palace Theatre Fermoy.

Director, Valerie O’Leary and musical director Michelle Cooke, went with ‘Alice In Pantoland’, an adaptation of the Lewis Carroll classic, ‘Alice In Wonderland’.

Pantos as we know them in Ireland, require children and there was no shortage of recruits. With the children, comes a ready-made audience of parents, grandparents, godparents, aunts, uncles and other relatives.
