Ballindangan Monday Morning Club showed themselves to be excellent organisers following a very successful cookery demonstration in Ballindangan Community Hall last Monday evening.
The big attraction was celebrity chef Edward Hayden, who is best known through his work with TV3. Edward said that from the initial contact, the Ballindangan group impressed him.
"They came across as a progressive and enthusiastic bunch who are doing brilliant work within their community, I had no hesitation in coming on board and hopefully everyone enjoyed this evening's demonstration" Edward said.
Thanks to countless hours in the kitchen and his culinary skills, the Kilkenny native, created picture perfect dishes that looked superb and tasted delicious.
