It is not currently proposed to have a driving test centre located in Fermoy, according to the RSA, despite recent calls for a local test centre.
Calls for a driving test centre in Fermoy, where new motorists can undertake their driving tests, have been been brought before the Dáil as Cork East TD Pat Buckley has issued a Parliamentary Question on the matter.
Deputy Buckley asked the Minister for Transport to consider opening a driving test centre in Fermoy and requested a statement from the Minister on same.
