Cork County Council claims it has not received complaints regarding ongoing illegal dumping at the bring site located at Beechfield in Fermoy.
This comes despite residents of the estate sharing images of repeated instances of dumping at the site over the past year, and claiming that dumped materials are collected and removed by council staff on an almost weekly basis.
Images of significant items dumped, including baby car seats, household waste, bags of clothes and more, have been shared with The Avondhu, which residents state have since been removed by the council.
