Cork Racecourse Mallow is set to light up the summer calendar with its much-anticipated Friday Night Racing Series, taking place on 10th July, 24th July and 14th August.
With a vibrant mix of thrilling racing, live music, fashion, and fantastic hospitality options, the Friday Night Summer Series promises the perfect social get-together for friends, colleagues, and anyone looking for a great excuse to start the weekend early and enjoy a fun-filled evening with plenty of craic at the track.
The series opening night takes place this Friday, 10th July, featuring a competitive seven-race all-jumps card, with the first race off at 5.10pm. Adding a touch of glamour to the evening, renowned stylist Marietta Doran will be on course to judge the Best Dressed Competition, with over €1,000 in cash and prizes up for grabs it’s certainly worth dressing up for! Racegoers are encouraged ‘to shop their own wardrobe first’ and try to get another wear out of that outfit when bringing their fashion a-game for what promises to be a stylish and colourful occasion.
Once the final race is run on Friday night, the party continues with live music from crowd favourite Declan Nerney, ensuring the atmosphere carries long into the evening.
The meeting is proudly supported by DNG John Ryan Auctioneer, Kelkab, Ashgrove Renewables and RBC Brewin Dolphin, whose sponsorship adds further prestige to an already standout night.
The Friday night action continues at Cork Racecourse Mallow on 24th July and 14th August, offering exciting racing and lively atmosphere, with a slightly more casual vibe — ideal for unwinding and catching up with friends. Whether you’re planning a long-overdue reunion with the gang, a work night out, or simply looking for something different to do on a summer evening, Cork Racecourse Mallow offers a unique experience and setting on the banks of the Blackwater.
