CBS Primary Mitchelstown Parents’ Council is inviting the local community to a special evening of food, style and entertainment, with the upcoming Cook & Style event taking place in the Firgrove Hotel on Friday, March 27th from 6.45pm.

The event, which will raise funds for the CBS Primary Mitchelstown School Development Fund, promises to be an enjoyable night out while supporting ongoing improvements at the school. Proceeds from the evening will contribute towards the development of a much-needed AstroTurf facility, which will be enjoyed by students for many years to come.

The highlight of the evening will be a live cooking demonstration by Sinéad Delahunty of ‘Delalicious’, a cookbook author and food educator who is also a regular contributor on Ireland AM and Newstalk FM. Sinéad will share cooking inspiration, practical tips and ideas during what promises to be an engaging and entertaining demonstration.

Guests will also hear from Annie – The Style Nanny, who will host a colour analysis session offering advice on how to choose colours that complement individual style and complexion.

Adding to the experience, Colm from CarryOut Mitchelstown will provide expert wine pairing, helping guests discover wines that perfectly complement the flavours of the evening.

The event will begin with a cheese and wine reception from 6.45pm, giving attendees the opportunity to relax and socialise before the show begins. The first speaker will take to the stage at 7.15pm. The evening will be hosted by MC Willie Bun and will be followed by music and entertainment.

Tickets for the event are €30 and are available from the CBS Primary Mitchelstown School Office, SPAR Mitchelstown, or online at www.gr8events.ie/cookandstyle.

Tickets can be booked directly through the school office by calling 025-24505, where they can be reserved for collection at your convenience. Parents of pupils attending CBS Primary Mitchelstown can also request that tickets be sent home with their child, while payment can be made via the Aladdin app.

With a great line-up and a wonderful cause, the Parents’ Council hopes the community will come out in support of what promises to be a memorable evening.
